Susan Bell is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Chamberlain Group. She also previously served as Assistant General Counsel for Chamberlain Group’s former parent company, The Duchossois Group.
Prior to joining, Susan was an attorney in the Corporate and Securities Group of Mayer Brown LLP in both the New York and Chicago offices. At Mayer Brown, she advised publicly and privately held corporate clients on a variety of transactional and general corporate governance matters, including Allied Waste in its $6.0 billion merger with Republic Services, and numerous M&A and capital markets transactions for Tenneco.
Susan was also an in-house attorney for Inviva, Inc., a privately held company in the financial services sector, located in New York.
Susan holds a B.S. and JD from the University of Wisconsin. She’s a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel and a Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago.
